At the time of this recording, in Alamo, there are currently 30 active single family homes, 15 pending single family homes and 1 sold home in February. In February, the average list price was $2,499,000 and the average sold price was $2,563,888 and that home was on the market an average of 6 days.
In Danville, there are currently 71 active single family homes, 41 pending single family homes and 12 homes sold in February. In Feburary, the average list price in Danville was $2,309,416 and the average sold price was $2,328,250 and those homes were on the market an average of 23 days.
And finally, let’s take a look at San Ramon. San Ramon has 46 active single family homes, 29 pending singles family homes and 12 sold homes in February. The Average List Price is $1,871,823 and the Average Sold Price for the month is $1,858,949 and those homes were on the market an average of 13 days.
