in 2009, we began looking for the perfect lot to build a family home. Toward the end of 2010 Terry found us the perfect lot and with impeccable timing was able to help us buy that lot at a massive discount.

Six years later, after building our dream home we unexpectedly found ourselves considering a move across the country and we hired Terry to sell our house for us. He listened to what we needed, came up with a great marketing plan and executed it. We eventually sold it for more than we were expecting and were thrilled with the results.
