In Danville, California, at the time of this video, we have 93 total homes that are active for sale, 34 are under contract, and 48 sold last month. Last month, Single-Family Homes sold for an average of $2,312,193. The actual range was $1,460,000 to $6,000,000 and it took an average of 12 days to sell. Comparing March 2026 to March 2025, average sold price for single-family homes was down 1.82%. Year-to-date median sold price is down 2.4% compared to the same time period last year.
In Alamo, we have 33 total homes that are active for sale, 15 are under contract, and 13 sold last month. Last month… Single-Family Homes sold for an average of $3,067,307. The actual range was $1,700,000 to $6,100,000 and it took an average of 34 days to sell. Comparing March 2026 to March 2025, average sold price for single-family homes was down 4.4%. Year-to-date median sold price for single-family is down 10.89% compared to the same time period last year.
In San Ramon, we have 82 total homes that are active for sale, 39 are under contract, and 32 sold last month. Last month… Single-Family Homes sold for an average of $1,822,232. The actual range was $949,950 to $3,519,000 and it took an average of 14 days to sell. Comparing March 2026 to March 2025, single-family homes were down 10.76%. 2026 Year-to-date median sold price for single-family homes is down 15.98% compared to the same time period last year.
