In Danville California, at the time of this video, we have 109 total homes that are active for sale, 34 are under contract, and 47 sold last month. Last month, Single-Family Homes sold for an average of $2,919,159. The actual range was $1,350,000 to $6,500,000 and it took an average of 29 days to sell.
In Alamo California, we have 26 total homes that are active for sale, 17 are under contract, and 16 sold last month. Last month… Single-Family Homes sold for an average of $3,273,312. The actual range was $1,700,000 to $6,000,000 and it took an average of 22 days to sell.
In San Ramon California, at the time of this video, we have 80 total homes that are active for sale, 39 are under contract, and 38 sold last month. Last month, Single-Family Homes sold for an average of $1,669,418. The actual range was $1,035,000 to $2,205,000 and it took an average of 17 days to sell.
Keep in mind that these are city averages, so all the variables like location, condition, marketing, skill of the agent, how many and what kind of house is being sold and more are averaged out. Median price over time shows whether the local market is appreciating (getting more expensive) or softening (getting less expensive).
