The actual range was $1,265,000 to $7,175,000 and it took an average of 15 days to sell. Comparing June 2025 to June 2024, average sold price for single-family homes was down -3.62%. 2025 Year-to-date median sold price for single-family homes is down -.0045% compared to the same time period last year.
In Alamo, California, we have 52 total homes that are active for sale, 14 are under contract, and 14 sold last month. For Alamo, this is more on the border of where a Seller’s Market and Balancing Market start to meet. Last month… Single-Family Homes sold for an average of $2,682,000. The actual range was $2,080,000 to $4,250,000 and it took an average of 32 days to sell. Comparing June 2025 to June 2024, average sold price for single-family homes was down -10.2%. 2025 Year-to-date median sold price for single-family homes is down -10.35% compared to the same time period last year.
Last, but never least . . . In San Ramon, California, we have 90 total homes that are active for sale, 37 are under contract, and 53 sold last month. For Alamo, this is more on the border of where a Seller’s Market and Balancing Market start to meet. Last month… Single-Family Homes sold for an average of $1,974,588. The actual range was $1,180,000 to $3,100,000 and it took an average of 19 days to sell. Comparing June 2025 to June 2024, average sold price for single-family homes was down -.0015% which is basically no change. 2025 Year-to-date median sold price for single-family homes is down -2.8% compared to the same time period last year.
