The average list price was $2,922,217 and the average sold price was $2,321,368 and those homes were on the market for an average of 8 days.
In Alamo, at the time of this recording we have 36 active homes, 9 pending, and 12 homes sold so far this month.The average list price was $2,134,636 and the average sold price was $3,208,604 and those homes were on the market for an average of 29 days.
Let’s take a look at San Ramon, we have 76 active homes, 32 pending, and 33 sold so far this month with an average days on market of 14 days. The Average List Price is $2,047,592 and the Average Sold Price for the month is $2,119,292 with an average of 15 days on the market.
From the beginning of the year, Danville’s inventory has risen 270% and the average list price has dropped 17.5%! Alamo’s inventory has risen 257% and it’s average list price has dropped 22.3% and in San Ramon the inventory has risen 667% and the average list price has ALSO RISEN 3%!
