In Danville, at the time of this recording on December 18th, there were 42 active listings, 26 pending homes, and 28 sold homes that sold last month. The average list price was $2,037,423 and the average sold price was $1,997,049 and they were on the market for an average of 30 days.
In Alamo, there were 19 active listings, 2 pending homes, and 7 sold homes this month thus far. The average list price was $3,525,984 and the average sold price was $3,395,000 and they were on the market for 46 days on average.
Finally, let’s take a look at San Ramon. We have 36 active homes, 12 pending, and 22 sold this past month with an average days on market of 35 days. The Average List Price last month was $1,815,490 and the Average Sold Price for the month is $1,785,467 with an average days on market of 35 days.
