Last month … Single-Family Homes sold for an average of $2,176,963. The actual range was $1,365,000 to $3,560,000 and it took an average of 19 days to sell. Comparing July 2025 to July 2024, average sold price for single-family homes was down 8.9%. 2025 Year-to-date median sold price for single-family homes is basically flat compared to the same time period last year.
In Alamo, California, we have 37 total homes that are active for sale, 16 are under contract, and 13 sold last month. Last month… Single-Family Homes sold for an average of $2,911,233. The actual range was $925,000 to $5,001,031 and it took an average of 28 days to sell. Comparing July 2025 to July 2024, average sold price for single-family homes was basically flat. 2025 Year-to-date median sold price for single-family homes is up 15% compared to the same time period last year.
Finally, In San Ramon, California, we have 37 total homes that are active for sale, 16 are under contract, and 38 sold last month. Last month… Single-Family Homes sold for an average of $1,827,744. The actual range was $880,000 to $3,120,000 and it took an average of 21 days to sell. Comparing June 2025 to June 2024, average sold price for single-family homes was down 8.6%. 2025 Year-to-date median sold price for single-family homes dropped 9.94% compared to the same time period last year.
