Terry helped us sell our condo and buy a big, exciting townhouse! He did fantastic work, was always professional and conscientious.

Some items of note:

1. We probably exchanged 200 text messages and had 50-60 phone calls. He promptly returns messages or calls at all hours.
2. Terry is extremely ethical. He was a neutral broker who advocated on our behalf but also kept the new owners/sellers in mind. I was impressed.
3. He knows the EB. We moved from one part of WC to another, but he helped us consider Danville and PH as well.

Terry is an angel. We spent the last year working with terry. Unfortunately I think we may have been one of if not the most difficult client terry has ever had. We inherited a condo and posted it for sale to be split three ways. There was a lot of loose and uncertain ends with the estate being in a trust, still having a relative live in the place to pay bills, and of course the uncertainty with COVID-19.
