Terry helped us sell our condo and buy a big, exciting townhouse! He did fantastic work, was always professional and conscientious.
Some items of note:
1. We probably exchanged 200 text messages and had 50-60 phone calls. He promptly returns messages or calls at all hours.
2. Terry is extremely ethical. He was a neutral broker who advocated on our behalf but also kept the new owners/sellers in mind. I was impressed.
3. He knows the EB. We moved from one part of WC to another, but he helped us consider Danville and PH as well.
4. He’s been doing this forever, and I was a kind of a ball of nerves 10-20 times but he was able to help guide me gently to reality.
