Sycamore Neighborhood Homes For Sale

As a senior in high school I moved to Danville in 1981 and graduated in 1982. We moved to the Sycamore neighborhood and absolutely loved it! My twin brother and I could often be seen crushing a tennis ball on the courts at Sycamore. We also hung out at the olympic sized pool, played volleyball on the sand volleyball courts, BBQ’d with our friends and watched fireworks from the grass hill behind the pool. It was an amazing place to grow up.

In 2021, the houses now have some problems based not only on being built in the 1970’s but also based on poor drainage and even based on where they are located within Sycamore. I have sold a number of homes in the Sycamore neighborhood and if you need an expert opinion on this neighborhood, please feel free to reach out and text or call at (925) 858-1717. Call me to find out about Sycamore neighborhood homes for sale!

Sycamore Neighborhood video final
As someone who has not only been selling houses for 24 years in Danville and grew up here, I also grew up in Sycamore beginning in 1981 when I finished my senior year of high school at Monte Vista. My roots are deep here and now all my kids have finished school here as well. Hear my perspective on what it was like to live in Sycamore . . . Hint, it was a wonderful place to grow up. There is one thing you have to be careful of though when buying a home in this neighborhood and the hint is in the picture above! Call me if you want to talk to an experienced and knowledgeable real estate agent.

Thank you for your help in buying my first home.  Your calmness and professionalism helped me through it all!

A work colleague had just used Terry and when I was promoted, he recommended I call him. I am so glad I did! Thank you so much for everything you did to sell our home so fast and for so much!
