Sycamore Neighborhood Homes For Sale
As a senior in high school I moved to Danville in 1981 and graduated in 1982. We moved to the Sycamore neighborhood and absolutely loved it! My twin brother and I could often be seen crushing a tennis ball on the courts at Sycamore. We also hung out at the olympic sized pool, played volleyball on the sand volleyball courts, BBQ’d with our friends and watched fireworks from the grass hill behind the pool. It was an amazing place to grow up.
In 2021, the houses now have some problems based not only on being built in the 1970’s but also based on poor drainage and even based on where they are located within Sycamore. I have sold a number of homes in the Sycamore neighborhood and if you need an expert opinion on this neighborhood, please feel free to reach out and text or call at (925) 858-1717. Call me to find out about Sycamore neighborhood homes for sale!

Terry was recommended by a coworker that had a positive experience and I’ve very glad we used him. In the middle of the COVID19 pandemic going into full swing (Spring 2020), Terry worked to get our house listed and sold at a competitive price especially considering all the market uncertainty. He was professional, knowledgeable, and did a tremendous job considering the unique challenges that presented themselves at the time. We move frequently for work, so I’ve worked with many agents across the country over the last 13 years. I would use Terry again in a heartbeat if we ever moved back to the area.
We appreciate how you responded to us in a timely manner and took care of any problems that we ran into along the way. You were a good advocate for our family and we would not hesitate to refer you to our friends and family.
